I. Pre-consultation and demand communication

The customer defines the OEM requirements (product style, material, function, quantity, target market, budget, etc.), provides product drawings, samples or design concepts, and the two parties initially dock, and the factory answers questions about technology, delivery, quotation, cooperation mode and so on.

II. Quotation and Scheme Confirmation

The factory calculates the product cost according to the customer's demand, and issues a detailed quotation and customization plan; The customer confirms the quotation, product scheme and cooperation details, and both parties reach a preliminary cooperation intention.

III.Sign a cooperation contract

The two parties formally signed an OEM contract, clarifying the product standards, order quantity, delivery cycle, quality requirements, payment methods, after-sales terms and other rights and responsibilities, and locking in the cooperation content.

IV. Design, Development and Sample Making

OEM OEM: According to the drawings and samples provided by customers, mold opening and proofing are carried out accurately, and the initial samples are made for customers' confirmation. ODM OEM: The factory completes the product design, finalizes the drawings, and then opens the mold to make samples. After the customer confirms the sample, both parties seal the sample as the standard for subsequent bulk production and quality inspection.

V. Procurement of raw materials

After the samples are confirmed, the factory will purchase high-quality raw materials and spare parts according to the sealing standard, and control the quality of incoming materials throughout the process to ensure the quality of products from the source.

VI.Batch production and processing

Start large-scale production, complete the whole process of parts processing, watch case strap making, movement assembly, finished product assembly, etc. The production team controls the production schedule and process standards throughout.

VII.The whole process quality inspection

Carry out several rounds of strict quality inspection, covering incoming inspection, sampling inspection of production process, and full inspection of finished products, and check product functions, appearance, technology, waterproof performance and other indicators to ensure compliance with international export standards and customer sample sealing requirements.

VIII.roduct packaging and delivery

After passing the quality inspection, complete product packaging, labeling and other processes according to customer requirements; Sort out the goods, check the order quantity and complete the inspection before leaving the warehouse.

IX.Foreign trade shipment and logistics delivery

Handle export customs declaration, commodity inspection and other related procedures, dock international logistics, deliver goods in the way agreed in the contract, follow up the logistics track all the time, and ensure that the products are delivered to the designated places of customers on time and safely.

X. After-sales follow-up

After the order is delivered, follow up the customer's receipt feedback in time, deal with the follow-up after-sales problems, and ensure the whole process of cooperation without worry.
